A complex of caves in the village of Mechowo, in the Pomeranian Voivodeship, formed from fluvioglacial deposits of the Baltic glaciation. From 1955 protected as an object of inanimate nature. Opened for tourist purposes after World War II, but not in full, as some of its parts are difficult to access. A tourist trail runs nearby. In 1908, the cave was officially recognized as a natural monument. The caves were formed in sandstones through which water was washed out, which gradually washed away looser material, thus creating large hollows. The shallow parts of the caves were shaped by the process of water and aeolian erosion. The cave has characteristic sandstone columns of high resistance. There are also rock forms such as: stalactites, coatings, ribs, colored red, thanks to iron compounds dissolved in water.
